The Sr. Revenue Operations Program Manager will drive key initiatives and elevate our operational excellence. As a Revenue Operations Program Manager, you'll be the engine behind our strategic projects and set best practices for project delivery. Foster strong, collaborative relationships to align on priorities, share insights, and collectively resolve challenges across the project lifecycle.

As an Operations Risk Lead, you will strengthen the risk management foundation as Affirm scales. This role involves owning the strategy and execution of incident and issue management, building risk frameworks, and collaborating with various teams to prioritize fixes. You will champion the customer, merchant, and agent experience while navigating regulatory and operational complexity.

The Senior Director of Change Management will lead change management for transformation initiatives, coach change strategy implementation, and foster organizational capabilities. This leader will design and implement change strategies, build relationships with senior leaders, conduct impact analyses, and develop training programs. They will also provide coaching and strategic advisory services on initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

This role will lead the change strategy that powers broad adoption, engagement and lasting behavior change. The Program Manager will lead complex initiatives focused on transformative initiatives. Reporting to the SpringWorks Director, this role will act as the key driver for SpringWorks cross-functional program management through strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working in a cross-functional implementation and/or program management role in a high-growth, fast-paced work environment.
